DEVELOPMENT OF QUESTIONS
Asvaco works with relevant industry subject matter experts to develop necessary questions to guide the automated collection and creation of content/data necessary to do particular assessments, e.g. to allow assessments of critical infrastructure of a customer, maritime security, special events, safety of school systems, preparedness assessments, etc.
CREATION OF CONTENT MODULES
Easy to use “yes/no and multiple choice” questions developed and put into Asvaco Content Module s by Asvaco’s Scriptwriter for use in Asvaco’s Engine by Assessors.
COLLECTION OF DATA
Assessors (either Asvaco collection teams or User teams) plug in appropriate Content Module to the Asvaco Engine, and then collect data, including pictures, video, 3D GIS, by answering questions from all necessary sources including the field, the web, and other sources as missions require.
ANALYSIS OF DATA
Collected raw data is analyzed and converted by the Asvaco Engine into either completed assessments and/or actionable intelligence (if intel involved) per SME’s instructions and formulas contained in Content Modules.
CREATION OF REPORTS/PRESENTATIONS
Reports are available in the secure web based Asvaco G2 viewer with its latest multimedia features, including 3D GIS (Google earth or MS virtual earth) with hot spots, video, audio, spherical 360 video, text to speech, pdf, word documents, etc.
1. Document Assembly system included which can construct full assessment report including table of contents, introduction, body of report and pictures either hard copy of digitized.
2. Document Management system included which searches and retrieves documents by key words, dates and many other ways.
